How will my item be packaged?
Items will be wrapped in bubble wrap and honeycomb packaging paper in a corrugated cardboard box, ensuring no extra space for items to wriggle around. Fragile stickers are added on both sides of the package.

Replacement and Returns
While every care is taken to ensure items are packaged safely, we all know that accidents can happen. If your item arrives to you broken or damaged, please immediately take a photograph and email this to me at bugsbeetles@outlook.com with your full name and order details.
I will try and resolve this in the best way possible with either a repair or replacement. Items must be sent back using 1st class tracked postage in the original packaging or a suitable sturdy alternative with at least 2 protective packaging mediums leaving no empty space in the box.
As most specimens are unique, there will be times where a direct replacement will not be possible. In this case, a similar item may be substituted.
Returns on undamaged specimens and frames are not accepted. This is due to the risk of damage while being returned.
