Muslin Moth in Decorative Dome

This muslin moth is beautifully preserved inside a decorative glass dome, carefully mounted on a miniature mossy hill surrounded by tiny mushrooms and raw quartz crystals. Found widely across England and the rest of the UK, this delicate nocturnal species is scientifically known as Diaphora mendica. It is characterised by its soft, fluffy appearance, with the females displaying translucent, milky-white wings dusted with fine black spots. This ethereal, ghostly palette blends seamlessly into the enchanted woodland setting and creates a miniature ecosystem that captures a captivating sense of natural wonder.
